| Cheap Show, The | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Definition:
Celebrity guests were asked a question. One gave the correct answer, one gave the wrong one. The contestants guessed which celebrity was correct. If they guessed right, they won a cheap prize (worth under $16). If they guessed wrong, they were punished - with a cream pie in the face or a bucket of water over their head. Just for fun, the show often marked seats for celebrity guests who were not going to show up - like Richard Nixon. Premiered: September 1978
